The school has been established by a Charitable Trust and has on its governing body luminaries from the field of education, social work, scientific research and technology.

College of Engineering and Technology, Jalgaon - an "A" Grade" college offering four years degree courses in Bio-Technology, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Mechanical, Electronics and Telecommunication, Information Technology and two years Post Graduation course in Mechanical and Civil. It also has a management school.

Vidya Bharati Shaikshanik Mandal, Amravati - which has five senior colleges offering degree courses in Arts, Commerce, Science, Pharmacy, Cosmetology, Library and Information science, besides ten secondary High Schools & seven Junior Colleges. In addition it offers thirteen post-graduate courses in Chemistry, Physics, Botany, Zoology and E-Commerce.

Vidya Bharati College of Science imparts education from 11th to Ph.D. It has a strength of 3500 students and 180 members strong teaching faculty. The institution has been awarded College with Potential for Excellence (CPE) status and recommended for Autonomy by State Government and UGC.
